Appointed by LATCB as Project and Event Manager for their inaugural market visit to Singapore to launch the LA Insider training app for Singapore travel agents. Managed business meetings, liaison with regional USA embassies in SE Asia and secured Singapore Airlines as official airline for event, with Los Angeles airfare prize sponsorship. Event was held on 15 October 2019.

NYC & Company Inaugural South East Asia Roadshow February 2019

Venue: Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Manila
Attendance: 450 trade and media guests in 3 cities.

Organized and implemented NYC & Company’s inaugural tourism roadshow in Singapore, Manila and Kuala Lumpur.

Facilitated B2B table -top appointments with key travel agents, implemented VIP networking events and conducted front-liners’ training with participating New York City Tourism members. Hosted trade and media networking event.

VISIT VICTORIA DESTINATION SHOWCASE 2018, Singapore & Malaysia
23-27 July 2018

Venue: Andaz Hotel, Singapore, Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur and Mai Bar (Aloft Hotel), Kuala Lumpur

Successfully organised, managed and implemented Visit Victoria Destination Showcase 2018 in Singapore and Malaysia. The event allowed the Victoria tourism suppliers to develop and strengthen business relationships with key trade distribution partners including airlines, wholesalers, retail-agents, covering leisure, corporate, business events and education agents through B2B workshop activities, destination updates and networking events. There were also special workshops conducted to focus on two niche market segments – educational tourism and Muslim travel.

   

VISITCANBERRA SINGAPORE SALES MISSION
5 July 2018

Venue: Carlton Hotel, Singapore

Organised, managed and implemented a successful Sales Mission for VisitCanberra in Singapore.  Representatives from Canberra Tourism Industry and the Canberra International Airport conducted table-top business meetings with Leisure, Corporate, MICE and Education travel agents.  The tourism suppliers had an interactive networking cocktail event with senior management, media and product planners from key travel agencies. The Australian High Commissioner also hosted a reception at his residence for the Chief Minister of Australia Capital Territory, the tourism suppliers and the trade delegation from Canberra and Singapore key business partners.

   

NATIONAL CAPITAL EDUCATION TOURISM PROJECT (CANBERRA), Singapore Teachers and Travel Agents Workshop
4-5 July 2018

Venue: Carlton Hotel, Singapore

Organised, managed and implemented a successful Canberra Educational Tourism Seminar in Singapore for Singapore School Teachers and  Educational Travel Agents to learn more about learning journeys in Canberra, Australia.  Canberra Educational suppliers presented to the teachers  and conducted business table-top meetings with the travel agents to discuss and showcase Canberra’s spectacular and high quality educational facilities and programs. These tested programs have been specially customized for Singapore schools.

   

NATIONAL CAPITAL EDUCATION TOURISM PROJECT, Canberra Education Workshop

Organised, managed and implemented a successful Canberra Educational Tourism Seminar in Singapore to launch the new Canberra Education Planner for Singapore schools and to showcase Canberra’s spectacular and high quality educational facilities and programs. These tested programs have been specially customized for Singapore schools
Conducted in collaboration with Canberra’s National Capital Education Tourism Project (NCETP) project manager, who flew in from Canberra, Australia; an interactive workshop/presentation with key education and corporate specialist travel agent.

Attendance: 30 specialist education travel agents.

Organised and implemented Tourism Fiji inaugural tourism roadshow in Singapore.
